3. Fax It In

Fax the application(s) to us at (559) 452-1175. Once we receive your application, we'll call you to discuss the details further and confirm your payment information.

MOVE-IN SPECIALS & DETAILS

1.  Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $300.   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.  Additional Pet Deposit is $300 with $20 per month pet rent, per pet (2 pets maximum).  Breed Restrictions Apply. Ask about our Corporate Rates.  One (2) Gate Remotes are provided per apartment, an additional $30 deposit required for additional remotes. 2.  Rents/Lease Terms Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 6 - 14 month leases available. Additional Rent Premiums * Additional monthly premiums may apply. 3.
